How
do I meet these stars?
In order to meet these stars, you will first need to purchase a VIP Club Package or an admission ticket to enter the show. In addition, there is a fee associated with obtaining the autograph from many of the stars. For these guests, you will need autograph tickets.

What
is an autograph ticket and what does it entitle me to?
An autograph ticket entitles you to an autograph from the specified star. The fee for the autograph ticket is for the autograph itself and does not include an item to be signed.
Why
should I purchase tickets in advance?
The autograph tickets are limited and are subject to sellout prior to or at the show. By ordering in advance and receiving confirmation, you are guaranteeing that you will receive your tickets and your autographs. Plus, the earlier you order your tickets, the lower the numbers on your autograph tickets, and the sooner you can enter the line.
If
I buy tickets in advance do I receive priority at the show?
Yes, each ticket has a number on it which will be used during each autograph session. You will line up according to the number on the ticket. Lowest numbers will be called immediately after VIP Platinum, Gold and Silver Club members, who have first-in-line priority for all autograph guests, go through the line. All orders will be filled in the order they are received, with the lower numbers distributed first.
I purchased my autograph tickets in advance. How and when
do I receive them?
When you place your autograph tickets and/or Elite VIP Package order online, you may select the method by which you wish to receive your tickets. Ticket orders placed to date begin shipping on July 3. I ordered my autograph tickets in May, and I have not received them yet. When will I receive my tickets? Autograph ticket orders for the National will be mailed out beginning July 3, as stated on the website. If you have not received your tickets by July 17, please send an email to jsmith@tristarproductions.com, including your name, sales order number, and any further details you can provide about your order. We will then advise you how/where you will receive your tickets. Can I keep part of my autograph ticket after the signing? TRISTAR will collect the entire ticket at the time of the signing, as it is needed for accounting purposes. For authenticity, TRISTAR Authentications will be available during all public signings.

do I receive as a Silver VIP Club Package holder? With VIP Club
autograph tickets being random, who are the potential players
that I could receive?
How do the Wild Card autograph tickets work? My son and I
both are VIP Club Package holders. Is it possible that we
will receive any of the same autograph tickets? If so, can
I exchange the duplicates?
As a VIP, do I still need to provide my own items to be signed? Merchandise
