Not all requests can be guaranteed. Although we make every effort to comply with your specific request(s) as to pen color, pen type, signature location, etc., we cannot guarantee them. To see our available pen types and colors, please click here. |

We will do our best to have your item(s) signed by Griffey, however, the Celebrity reserves the right to refuse to sign any item for any reason. |

It is your responsibility to prep your item(s) as needed before you send them in to be signed, including trading card(s). Your item(s) upon arrival to us should be prepped and ready to present to the signer. |

An inscription may NOT be added to an item without an autograph purchased for this signing. |

Griffey may deviate from the exact noted inscription, so the exact inscription request is not guaranteed. For example, HOF inscriptions will be signed with a 2-digit year (e.g., HOF 16) |

I want to mail in an item to TRISTAR to be signed by Griffey. What do I need to do? |
| A: |
A very limited quantity of mail-in spots are available. Go to tristarproductions.com/Griffey quickly to place your order to reserve your spot. Pricing varies dependent on the item you would like to send in to be signed. Your spot must be reserved and paid for online BEFORE you mail in your item(s). (This is different from past TRISTAR shows and celebrity private signings.) As part of the online process, you will select and purchase an inscription (if you wish), insurance, and return shipping, and select your request for pen color. |

Absolutely. TRISTAR staff will work with Griffey so he signs your item based on your stated requests as best as possible. There is no absolute guarantee as to the quality, size, or grade of the signature and/or inscription from the celebrity. No refunds / exchanges on mailed-in items. |
