What
is an autograph ticket and what does it entitle me to?
An autograph ticket entitles you to an autograph from the specified
star. The fee for the autograph ticket is for the autograph itself
and does not include an item to be signed.
Why
should I purchase autograph tickets in advance?
The autograph tickets are limited and are subject to sellout prior
to or at the show. By ordering in advance and receiving confirmation,
you are guaranteeing that you will receive your tickets and your autographs.
Plus, the earlier you order your tickets, the lower the numbers on
your autograph tickets, and the sooner you can enter the line.
If
I buy autograph tickets in advance do I receive priority at the show?
Yes, each ticket has a number on it which will be used
during each autograph session. You will line up according to
the number on the ticket. Lowest numbers will be called
immediately after Platinum and then Gold Express Pass holders, who have first-in-line priority for all autograph guests,
go through the line. All orders will be filled
in the order they are received, with the lower numbers distributed
first.
Can I
keep part of my autograph ticket after the signing?
TRISTAR will collect the entire ticket at the time of the
signing, as it is needed for accounting purposes. For
authenticity, TRISTAR
Authentications will be available during all public
signings.
If
I purchase autograph tickets in advance, when / how will I receive
them?
If you place your advance autograph ticket order prior to JULY
22nd and indicate that you want your tickets sent to you, your order will
be sent out the week of JULY 19th. Ticket orders will not be mailed out
prior to July 19th, regardless of the order date.
VIP Packages
How do the Wild Card autograph tickets work?
If time
remains after a VIP Club guest has signed for all those with
specific tickets for his session, Wild Card autograph tickets
will be called. May not be available for all VIP Club
guests.
My son and I
both are VIP Club Package holders. Is it possible that we
will receive any of the same autograph tickets? If so, can
I exchange the duplicates?
The
random autograph tickets distributed as part of the VIP Club
package will NOT be exchanged at all through TRISTAR.
However, we encourage customers to trade among themselves.
As a VIP, do I still need to provide my own items to be signed?
The random
VIP Club autograph tickets entitle you to one (1) signature per ticket only. Each customer must provide
his/her own items to be signed. These items can be purchased at
the TRISTAR Official Merchandise Booth at the show. This
booth will be selling unsigned merchandise specifically for
athletes that are appearing at the show.
Merchandise
Will
there be items available at the show to get autographed?
Yes. There will be a TRISTAR Official Show Merchandise Booth located
next to the TRISTAR Autograph Pavilion at the National, which will have a large
selection of photos, jerseys, balls, helmets and more for all your
autograph needs.
However, we highly suggest that you order
merchandise items for all your favorites to sign in advance for
pick-up at the show. Secure the items you want, and you
won't have to worry about items being sold out when you arrive.

I
want to purchase general admission, single day admission tickets. How do I
order admission tickets?
A general admission, single day admission ticket is $16.50 in
advance. These may be purchased through the National by
clicking here: http://www.nsccshow.com/
Admission tickets cannot be purchased through TRISTAR.
