Authentication Questions:

Q: I have your hologram on my item. How can I verify the information?
A: You can verify the signing information by entering your hologram number at www.tristarauthentic.com. [Please note that the online authentication system is for items signed starting in January 2001 only.]

Q: I have a hologram on my item but how do I get a paper COA?
A: TRISTAR's COA is the hologram affixed to your item. You can verify the signing information by entering your hologram number at www.tristarauthentic.com.

Q: My hologram number is not showing up in the database, what do I do?
A: Confirm you have entered the 7-digit number located on your TRISTAR hologram correctly. If the information is still unavailable, please send an email to info@tristarproductions.com with your hologram number and a breif description of your item. [Please note that the online authentication system is for items signed starting in January 2001 only.]

Q: My item information is incorrect in the database?
A: Please send an email to info@tristarproductions.com with your hologram number, a breif description of your item and the error.

Q: I have an item that has not been authenticated. Will TRISTAR authenticate my item for me?
A: No. TRISTAR does not accept item submissions for authentication. Third-party authentication companies such as PSA (Professional Sports Authenticator) or JSA (James Spence Authentication) do provide such a service and can help you, if needed.

 

General Show Questions:

Q: How can I request for a specific player to attend one of your shows?
A: Please send an email to info@tristarproductions.com with the players name and show you would like to see them attend. Please keep checking our website for player additions.

Q: Ticket pricing and mail in information is not available on your website. How can I get this information?
A: When this information is available, it will be immediately announced on our website. Be sure to check our show pages frequently for important announcements and updates.

Q: How do I meet the stars appearing at the show?
A: In order to meet these stars, you will first need to purchase a VIP Package (which includes a three-day admission pass) or an admission ticket to enter the show. In addition, there is a fee associated with obtaining the autograph from many of the stars. For these guests, you will need autograph tickets. Ticket pricing varies for each autograph guest. You can purchase the VIP package, admission tickets and autograph tickets within each show page.

Q: Why should I purchase Autograph Tickets in advance?
A: The autograph tickets are limited in quantities available and are subject to sell-out prior to or at the show. Quantities vary from guest to guest.  All listed tickets on the website are still available.  By ordering in advance and receiving confirmation, you are guaranteeing that you will receive your tickets and the autographs you want.  Plus, the earlier you order your tickets, the lower the numbers on your autograph tickets, and the sooner you can enter the line.

Q: If I buy tickets in advance, will I receive priority at the show?
A: Yes, each ticket has a number on it which will be used during each autograph session. You will line up and enter the line according to the number on the ticket. Lowest numbers will be called immediately following VIP Package holders, who have first-in-line priority for all autograph guests.  All orders will be filled in the order they are received, with the lower numbers distributed first.

Q: I bought my autograph tickets in advance, but I have not received them. When should I expect my order?
A: Tickets usually ship just a few weeks prior to the show. The date tickets will start shipping is listed at the top of the Autograph Ticket page. If you placed your order after the mail cutoff date, which is listed on the top of the Autograph Ticket page, your tickets will be available for pick up at the Will Call booth (located at the Admissions booth).

Q: Can I keep part of my ticket after the signing?
A: TRISTAR will collect the entire ticket at the time of the signing, as it is needed for accounting purposes.  For authenticity, TRISTAR Authentications will be available during all public signings.  You may order advance, discount Authentication Tickets in advance with your Autograph Tickets order. Authentication tickets can be found on each show page.

Q: Can I bring my own items to have signed or will there be items to purchase at the show?
A: You have several options.  You can purchase merchandise items in advance through TRISTAR and pick them up at the show.  2) You are welcome to bring in any collectible / item that you are wanting to have signed.  3) If you need an item to be signed on site, the TRISTAR Official Merchandise Booth will be set up next to the Autograph Pavilion with an assortment of items available for purchase. You can purchase unsigned merchandise from each show page.

Q: I bought unsigned merchandise in advance for the upcoming show. When can I expect to receive my order?
A: All unsigned merchandise purchased in advance for a show, will be held in Will Call at the Official Show Merchandise Booth. You will need a valid ID to pick up your merchandise.

Q: What are the chances the VIP Packages will sell out?
A: Due to the great value of the VIP Package and the opportunity to be in the first group in line for ALL autograph guests, this is a popular feature at TRISTAR shows that frequently sells out prior to the show's opening.  We recommend that if you are interested in a VIP Package that you purchase one in advance. The VIP Package is available on each show page.

Q: Can I take pictures of the person signing with my own camera?
A: You are welcome to capture that special moment with your camera.  We only ask that you do not hold up the line by taking pictures.  Posed photo opportunities (professional photos of you with your favorite athletes printed on site) are available for a fee at the TRISTAR Photo Booth. Photo Opportunity tickets are available on each show page.

Q: I had my picture taken at the TRISTAR Photo Booth. Where can I purchase reprints?
A: If you go to www.tristarphotobooth.com, you can purchase reprints, enlargements and other special items with your photo on them

Q: I cannot attend the show. Can I purchase autographed items or send in my own?
A: Yes! We offer our Mail Order Program for each collectible show. Around the time advance autograph tickets go on sale, we will provide information for sending in your own item, as well as give you the opportunity to preorder our autographed memorabilia items. The items will ship immediately after the show.

 

Online Order Questions:

Q: When can I expect to receive my order?
A: If you placed a mail order for a show or private signing, your order will ship within 1 week from the completion of the signing (SASE mail in orders may take 1-2 weeks to ship). All in stock orders leave our warehouse within 1-2 business days. All orders (except show tickets) are shipped via FedEx with a signature required upon delivery.

Q: I placed an order online and I want to find out my tracking number.
A: If you entered a valid email address at the time your order was placed, you will receive an email with your FedEx tracking number when your order ships (merchandise orders only - ticket orders are shipped via USPS). If you did not receive your tracking number, please send an email to info@tristarproductions.com with the name your order was placed under.

Q: I bought my autograph tickets in advance, but I have not received them. When should I expect my order?

Q: I purchased advance autograph tickets for a guest that is no longer appearing. When will I receive my refund?
A: Please bring your autograph ticket to the Autograph Ticket Booth. We will exchange or refund tickets for any guests that have cancelled their appearance.

Q: One of the athletes I have a mail order for cancelled their appearance. When will I receive my refund?
A: We process refunds for mail ins and mail orders within 10 business days of the end of the show. Depending on your financial institution, you will receive your refund within 3-30 business days of the date your refund is processed. If you have not received your refund within 30 days from the end of the show, please contact us.
